Preventing Passive Customer Churn

March 18, 2021 by lincolnlabs Leave a Comment

Customer churn is described as the loss of customers that subscribe to your services. This issue is also sometimes referred to as customer attrition. Customer churn is inevitable, however, there is voluntary and involuntary attrition. Voluntary churn, or active churn, refers to the customers that cancel a subscription because they are no longer wanted. On the other end, passive or involuntary churn is a cancellation of a subscription because of another issue. Make sure to not ignore passive churn. Check out the infographic below for information and tips on preventing it at your organization or business.
